Hoboken police officers awarded for their acts of valor

At the Stevens Institute of Technology, the Hoboken Police Department paid tribute to over 50 police officers with a variety of awards for exceptional service, as well as for saving lives. Very early morning vote by Jersey City Council to move Katyn Monument

Speaker after speaker voiced their disapproval loudly to the Jersey City Council for their vote to move the Katyn Forest Massacre Monument from its current location at Exchange Place to the end of York Street, one block south. On assignment for Hudson County View,  the council finally voted 6 to 3 at nearly 3:00 AM in the morning.

Hundreds of Jersey City residents march to stop gun violence

On Saturday, June 9 the Jersey City Anti-Violence Coalition Movement walked for the third straight year from the Greenville neighborhood all the way to Lincoln Park to bring awareness to the plague of gun violence in the city. Here’s a segment while on assignment for Hudson County View.
