On a recent cold day I toured the Jerome Avenue business corridor in the Bronx to produce a 4 minute video segment for City Limits. I toured with long-time resident Carmen Vega-Rivera, who is opposed to the city’s proposed rezoning, and directed her to convey in the clearest terms why she’s opposed.
